I think he meant "is he good or on"

This is kind of a problem. We have a DM team. So those who have a good personality but bad in DM can easily join. And also, at the time of app, every applicant is nice, super nice actually.

I talked to Karim about this and I suggested to change the application format.

If a player is bad in DM, and if he/she is good in other things like photo editing, video making or any other help, it would be good.

So maybe Roman has to edit the app again after the new format is posted
